Why You Need A Planned Preventative Maintenance Plan

Full Reporting

Following your first site assessment, your dedicated Account Manager will visit your premises to discuss your report. We’ll go through each aspect and answer any queries you may have, as well as highlight any equipment that needs repairing, or replacing or might become expensive to run in the future.

Regular Servicing

Our PPM Agreements start with an initial site assessment where an engineer will thoroughly inspect and assess each piece of equipment in your kitchen. From then on, your equipment will be regularly serviced to keep it running safely and efficiently, spot any potential problems and, ultimately, avoid breakdowns or repairs.

Budget Management

Using the information collected during our site assessments and servicing visits, we’ll help you predict any potential expenditure on kitchen equipment and plan for the future. We’ll also make sustainability recommendations, where you can save on energy bills whilst protecting the environment.

Online Information Portal

We use the latest technology to ensure you can find all your important documents quickly and easily. Through our Online Cloud Portal, you can access safety certificates, invoices, quotes and job updates, giving you more control over your account. You can even see at what stage your engineer is at, in relation to a maintenance job.

Dedicated Account Manager

Each of our contract clients will have their own dedicated account manager who is available to contact for assistance 365 days a year. Your account manager will take the time to understand your business requirements and help you ensure your catering department meets the needs of your own clients.

5 Simple Steps

Preventing Kitchen Downtime

Our aim is to keep your commercial kitchen performing to its highest standard for as long as possible. That’s why, alongside our full end-to-end client management, you’ll have access to our state-of-the-art Cloud Portal. Here you can track your equipment’s performance and report any issues that can be logged and resolved in 5 easy steps…

Step 1

If you’ve spotted an issue with a piece of equipment, no matter how big or small, start by signing into your online customer portal and log the job on our system.

If you’d like to speak to one of our team, that’s no problem. We are on the end of the phone 24/7. Please call us on the office number: 01604 961161.

Step 2

Our back-office team will pick up the job and give you a call to confirm the correct course of action.

Once it’s been logged, an automated email confirmation will be sent directly to your inbox.

Step 3

An engineer will be scheduled based on your location and the closest operative we have in the area.

All our vehicles are connected to live tracking devices which give instant access to the closest engineer to your premises. Meaning we can get someone out to you as quickly as possible.

Step 4

After assessing the piece of equipment, our engineer will either repair it there and then if they carry the parts needed, or they’ll be able to advise if it should be replaced for a new, more cost-effective model.

In every instance, we will try and ensure repair over replacement to avoid additional costs and potential kitchen downtime.

Step 5

Once we’ve completed an assessment or repair, all data will be recorded on our back-office system and automatically updated on your Asset Management List in the portal.

You don’t need to worry about any follow-up calls and can get back to doing what you do best, cooking for your customers.
